we try to provide complete and thorough information through our emails, the website, the classrooms and the yin yang community so that you can find your way around and we often put things in multiple locations so that everyone can use their favorite resource.

we ask that you please use all available resources before requesting assistance because, much of the time, whatever you are looking for is there if you look a little harder. however, we are human, and some things slip through the cracks so we will always do our best to help you when needed and make corrections if there are errors.

do you have multiple accounts with different email addresses?

where are the class videos?

everything you belong to is found under 'my stuff' in the menu at the top of the screen.

where is the zoom link?

studio members and ytt students:

we place zoom links in announcements for the studio and courses that are sent to you in an email.
if you cannot find the email, log into the website and click on 'news' in the menu at the top and the announcements for your subscriptions and courses can be found here.
OR download the kajabi app https://pages.kajabi.com/mobile-app-download (you must log in to the website at least once before you can access the app).
once you are in the app, open the yin yang studio, studio+, or your course and look in the updates section at the bottom of the screen. you will find the latest zoom link announcement at the bottom of the page (we haven't quite figured out how to put it at the top yet, so you will have to scroll down).

ytt students - you have even more options!

look in your event calendar in the yin yang community group (mighty networks) for your course.
the links are also in your classroom, in the welcome section on the app.
log into the website, open 'my stuff' at the top of page and look in your classroom in the welcome section.
OR see the instructions above for the kajabi app.

if you still can't find a link, you will just have to wait for the video to post😣

the zoom link doesn't work

highlight the link and you will either be directed to open the link or you can copy & paste it in the address line of your browser

you may also login on the zoom site or app using the meeting id and password, this may not be the most convenient way but it is easier than waiting to see if you can get help in time (which is rarely going to happen, unless it is the first day of a new course. there are only 2 of us running the business and one of us is in the classroom and the other is probably not watching to make sure you can get in, because we just cannot)

if there is a zoom link that seems to be wrong or broken, please see the question above regarding finding zoom links to see additional locations to find the link and try another one. if there was an error on our end we will have already made a correction or we are making it now and the new link will be posted as soon as we recognize the problem.

i have a question about the email I received.

we spend hours each month creating the messages you receive to ensure that they are clear and contain all of the information that you need OR a link to the place where you can find additional information. please read the entire email and click on any links that have been provided.

how do I cancel my subscription?

after logging into the 'member area', click on your profile picture and go to 'my profile' where you will find your purchases and payment information. you may cancel your subscription here and/or update your payment information.

how do I update my payment information?

update your card on file

after logging in, click into the member avatar in the top right corner of the page.
then, select 'my profile' from the dropdown.
Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
Click … next to your card information.
Select Replace.
Complete the replace card prompt.
Then, click Update to apply and keep their changes:

what if i can't attend a live session/class?

all live sessions are made available within 24hrs.

-wed. and sat. yin yang studio practices will be made available in the 'latest live classes' in the yin yang studio in 'my stuff'

-yin and yang monthly intensives will be made available in the studio basic+ in 'my stuff'

-ytt sessions are uploaded within 24hrs to your classroom under 'my stuff' in the 'member area' of the website.

-if you are enrolled in a workshop, you will be emailed a temporary link to the recording within 24hrs after the event.

what are the dates of the course?

if the course has not begun, you will find the schedule in the details of the course under 'teacher training'

once the course has begun, the schedule is posted in the welcome section of your classroom under 'my stuff' in the header at dhugalmeachem.com (dmy) **note: you must be logged in for access. or in your private group in the yin yang community (separate app and site), which is located under 'community' in the dmy header.

what is the daily schedule during the ytt

daily schedule (approximate):

yin yoga teacher training

live times are 7am - 6pm (UK)

morning meditation & practice (7am UK time for about 2.5hrs)
am lecture & theory session (about 10.30am UK time for up to 3hrs)
pm lecture & theory session (about 2.15pm UK time for up to 4hrs)

hatha yoga teacher training

live times are 7am - 4pm (UK) (more homework & self-study time is required)

morning practice (7am UK time for about 2hrs)
am lecture & theory session (about 10:15am UK time for up to 2.5hrs)
pm lecture & theory session (about 1:30pm UK time for up to 2.5hrs)

how long do i have access to ytt training videos?

in order to qualify for certification with the yoga alliance online courses need to be 100% complete within 1 year of the start of the course. we have based our access policy on this rule so that means 1 year from day 1 of the course no matter what day you actually begin.
for example: if the scheduled first day of the course is 6 february 2022, then all video access will expire at midnight 5 february 2023.

where is the manual/reading list/download/anything i need for my course?

all manuals, videos and other downloadables are located in your classroom under 'my stuff' at dhugalmeachem.com.
