Most yogis (and yoga teachers) think we cannot do yoga poses because of tension in our bodies.
You've heard this, your hamstrings are tight, lengthen here... or your shoulders are not open, you need to be more open...
But, what if there was a MUCH more obvious reason why some can't do a yoga pose, but another can? What if this reason is not known by most yoga teachers (even the most famous ones).
